From Chicago to Peoria, Milwaukee to Indianapolis, many Midwest lanes can be covered the same day by ground — if the right vehicle is on the way quickly. Pro Express, Inc. arranges same-day and next-day deliveries across Illinois and neighboring states through a vetted network of carriers, coordinated from our Oak Brook office.
Within Illinois, same-day ground delivery is often realistic between the Chicago area and cities such as Rockford, Peoria, Bloomington-Normal, Champaign-Urbana, Springfield and the Quad Cities, depending on pickup time. The carrier drives direct, without terminal transfers.
For neighboring states, timing depends on distance and pickup time:
Share your lane and deadline and we will confirm what is achievable.
For most Midwest distances, a direct ground run is simpler than air freight: no airport drop-off, no flight cutoffs and fewer handoffs. The freight stays in one vehicle from your dock to the destination.
Production parts and components, medical equipment and supplies, printed materials and packaging, lighting fixtures, palletized wholesale orders and urgent documents. Through our carrier network we arrange cargo vans, sprinter vans and box trucks with liftgates.
Some clients need the same lane covered every week — plant-to-plant transfers, warehouse replenishment or scheduled deliveries to customers. We can arrange recurring runs so you do not have to source a carrier every time.
